Quick question. Anyone got a xsara picasso handbook? I'm sure that the maximum nose weight on the tow ball is 80 kg. I need to double check as I'm getting a trailer made next week and need to ensure that the spec is correct. I know that there are figures on the Citroen site but are these for the 1.6 diesels and petrols or just for the pic in general? With the 2.0 HDi being heavier (I assume), is the nose weight greater?

Many thanks in advance.

Sorry I can't answer your question as I no longer have a Xsara Picasso (or its handbook), but I would have thought you are worrying unnecessarily since nose weight is affected not by the design of the trailer, but by how you load it.

Yes 80kg is the correct (maximum) nose weight for a 2L HDi Picasso.
